At Wallaroo Adventure Store, we want you to be fully equipped for your next journey; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all adventure-ready tags and labels are still intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
